Quali dati raccolgo e perché

Dati di acquisto — nome, cognome, indirizzo di spedizione e fatturazione, email, telefono solo se lo indichi (è facoltativo e può servire al corriere), dettagli dell’ordine. Servono a eseguire il contratto di vendita, a spedire i prodotti e a gestire resi e garanzie. Base giuridica: esecuzione del contratto, articolo 6.1.b del Regolamento.

Dati fiscali e contabili — gli stessi dati, conservati per adempiere agli obblighi di legge in materia fiscale e civilistica. Base giuridica: obbligo legale, articolo 6.1.c.

Dati di contatto — quanto scrivi tramite il modulo di contatto o via email, per rispondere alle tue richieste. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali o legittimo interesse, articolo 6.1.b o 6.1.f.

Dati di navigazione — i dati tecnici che la piattaforma del sito registra automaticamente per farlo funzionare, come l’indirizzo IP e il tipo di browser. Non uso cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica: i dettagli sono nella cookie policy. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del sito, articolo 6.1.f.

A chi comunico i dati

I dati sono trattati da me e, per le sole finalità sopra indicate, dai fornitori che mi permettono di far funzionare il negozio: il gestore della piattaforma web (Cargo), il fornitore dei pagamenti (PayPal), i vettori che effettuano le consegne (Poste Italiane e i corrieri espressi con cui spedisco di volta in volta) e il mio consulente fiscale. Questi soggetti agiscono come responsabili del trattamento o come titolari autonomi secondo i rispettivi ruoli.

Alcuni di questi fornitori hanno sede o server al di fuori dell’Unione Europea. In tal caso il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle decisioni di adeguatezza della Commissione europea o delle clausole contrattuali tipo previste dall’articolo 46 del Regolamento.

I dati non sono ceduti né venduti a terzi per finalità di marketing.

Per quanto tempo li conservo

I dati relativi agli ordini sono conservati per dieci anni dalla conclusione dell’esercizio, come prescritto dalla normativa fiscale e civilistica. I dati di contatto per richieste generiche sono conservati per il tempo necessario a evadere la richiesta e per i due anni successivi.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi in ogni momento chiedere l’accesso ai tuoi dati, la loro rettifica, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, la portabilità, e opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse, ai sensi degli articoli 15-22 del Regolamento. Per esercitare questi diritti scrivi a mia.suppiej@aol.com: ti risponderò entro un mese.

Se ritieni che il trattamento dei tuoi dati violi il Regolamento hai diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Roma, oppure di ricorrere all’autorità giudiziaria.

Natura del conferimento

Il conferimento dei dati necessari all’esecuzione dell’ordine è obbligatorio: senza di essi non posso concludere la vendita né spedire.

What data I collect and why

Purchase data — first name, surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone number only if you provide it (it is optional and may help the courier), order details. I need them to perform the sales contract, ship the products and handle returns and guarantees. Legal basis: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.

Tax and accounting data — the same data, kept to comply with legal obligations under tax and civil law. Legal basis: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).

Contact data — what you write through the contact form or by email, so that I can answer your requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f).

Browsing data — the technical data that the website platform records automatically to make the site work, such as IP address and browser type. I do not use profiling cookies or analytics tools: details are in the Cookie Policy. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website, Article 6(1)(f).

Who I share data with

Data are processed by me and, only for the purposes above, by the providers that allow me to run the shop: the website platform (Cargo), the payment provider (PayPal), the carriers that deliver orders (Poste Italiane and the express couriers I use from time to time) and my tax adviser. They act as data processors or as independent controllers, according to their respective roles.

Some of these providers are based, or have servers, outside the European Union. In that case data are transferred on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or of the standard contractual clauses provided for by Article 46 of the Regulation.

Data are never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long I keep them

Order data are kept for ten years from the end of the financial year, as required by tax and civil law. Contact data for general requests are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and for the following two years.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, under Articles 15-22 of the Regulation. To exercise these rights, write to mia.suppiej@aol.com: I will reply within one month.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, or to take legal action.

Whether providing data is required

Providing the data needed to fulfil an order is required: without it I cannot complete the sale or ship your order.
