Spedizioni e resi

Quando parte il tuo ordine

Preparo e spedisco entro 3-5 giorni lavorativi. Ogni pezzo viene imballato a mano in busta rigida, protetto da un cartoncino: stampe, biglietti e ricami viaggiano piatti, così arrivano come sono partiti.

Se vuoi cambiare qualcosa — l’indirizzo, un prodotto — scrivimi a mia.suppiej@aol.com prima che l’ordine parta: finché non l’ho spedito, lo sistemo. I lavori su commissione, come le illustrazioni e i ricami personalizzati, hanno tempi a parte: li concordiamo per email prima dell’ordine.

Dove spedisco e quanto costa

Spedisco in Italia e in tutti i Paesi dell’Unione Europea con Poste Italiane o con un corriere espresso, secondo il peso e la destinazione. Le spese di spedizione sono a carico di chi acquista e compaiono per intero al momento del pagamento, prima della conferma dell’ordine: non ci sono costi che si aggiungono dopo.

Italia — ordini leggeri fino a 100 g (biglietti): 2,50 €. Tutti gli altri ordini: 6 €. Consegna indicativa in 3-6 giorni lavorativi. La spedizione si aggiunge sempre al totale: non ci sono soglie oltre le quali diventa gratuita.

Unione Europea — ordini leggeri fino a 100 g: 4,50 €. Tutti gli altri ordini: 13 €. Consegna indicativa in 5-10 giorni lavorativi.

Se cambi idea

Hai quattordici giorni dalla consegna per restituire quello che hai comprato, senza doverne spiegare il motivo. Scrivimi a mia.suppiej@aol.com o usa la pagina «Recesso dall’acquisto» (il link è in fondo a ogni pagina), rispedisci il pacco entro i quattordici giorni successivi e ti rimborso tutto, spedizione di andata compresa, entro due settimane. Le spese di rientro sono a tuo carico.

Fanno eccezione i lavori realizzati su tua richiesta — illustrazioni su commissione, ricami personalizzati — che per legge non possono essere restituiti perché nascono per te e non per qualcun altro. Lo trovi scritto anche sulla scheda di quei prodotti.

Se qualcosa arriva rotto

Mandami una foto entro pochi giorni e risolviamo: sostituisco il pezzo o rimborso. Tutti i prodotti sono coperti dalla garanzia legale di due anni.

Se il pacco si perde o torna indietro

Se il pacco si perde durante il viaggio, apro la pratica con il corriere e, quando la verifica è chiusa, ti rispedisco il pezzo o ti rimborso. Se torna indietro perché non è stato ritirato, o perché l’indirizzo era sbagliato o incompleto, la nuova spedizione è a tuo carico.

Una nota sulle differenze

Le stampe sono tirate in piccole quantità e ogni ricamo è fatto a mano: piccole variazioni di tono o di finitura fanno parte della natura di questi oggetti e non sono difetti. È il motivo per cui non sono tutti identici.

Shipping & Returns

When your order ships

I prepare and ship within 3-5 working days. Every piece is packed by hand in a rigid envelope, protected by a sheet of card: prints, cards and embroidery travel flat, so they arrive just as they left.

If you want to change something — the address, a product — write to me at mia.suppiej@aol.com before the order ships: until it has gone, I can sort it out. Commissioned work, such as illustrations and personalised embroidery, has its own timing, which we agree by email before you order.

Where I ship and how much it costs

I ship to Italy and to all European Union countries with Poste Italiane or an express courier, depending on weight and destination. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are shown in full at checkout, before you confirm the order: no costs are added afterwards.

Italy — light orders up to 100 g (cards): €2.50. All other orders: €6. Estimated delivery in 3-6 working days. Shipping is always added to the total: there is no threshold above which it becomes free.

European Union — light orders up to 100 g: €4.50. All other orders: €13. Estimated delivery in 5-10 working days.

If you change your mind

You have fourteen days from delivery to return what you bought, without having to explain why. Write to me at mia.suppiej@aol.com or use the “Withdrawal from purchase” page (the link is at the bottom of every page), send the parcel back within the following fourteen days, and I will refund everything, including the original shipping, within two weeks. Return shipping costs are on you.

The exception is work made at your request — commissioned illustrations, personalised embroidery — which by law cannot be returned, because it is made for you and not for anyone else. This is also stated on the page of those products.

If something arrives broken

Send me a photo within a few days and we will sort it out: I will replace the piece or refund you. All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee.

If the parcel gets lost or comes back

If the parcel gets lost on the way, I open a claim with the courier and, once the check is complete, I send the piece again or refund you. If it comes back because it was not collected, or because the address was wrong or incomplete, the new shipment is at your expense.

A note on differences

Prints are produced in small runs and every piece of embroidery is made by hand: small variations in tone or finish are part of the nature of these objects and are not defects. That is why no two are exactly alike.
